1) MIDHEACH – Little Rose (Winter Solstice Mix)
Little Rose (Winter Solstice Mix), the newest single from Midheach, is a banger. It’s got everything we love in an anthem chillout song: catchy vocals, a smooth guitar and piano that will get stuck in your head for days, and a cinematic feel that makes you want to listen to it while driving down the coast at sunset.
Midheach hails from Ireland, but they’ve been making waves on the indie pop scene with their sound with folktronica influences. Their latest single, which dropped some months ago, features beautiful sounds with orchestral arrangements and female and male vocals.
The Little Rose (Winter Solstice Mix) is perfect for anyone who loves folktronica—or anyone who loves acoustic and chill-out music in general! Midheach’s music has a lot of Irish influences but also has a cinematic sound that makes it perfect for any kind of road trip, for a relaxing moment, or walk through town.

2) KAREN HARDING – Letter To My Friend
It’s easy to get lost in the deluge of new music that comes out every day, but this 4-track EP from Irish singer-songwriter Karen Harding is worth a listen.
Her latest album Letter To My Friend is full of acoustically-driven folk-pop songs that are reminiscent of artists like Jamie N Commons and Florence Welch. The EP also features a mix of Australian influences and contemporary romantic pop sounds.
The opening track “I’ve Got A Secret” has a strong early 2000s vibe that reminds me of Coldplay and Rufus Wainwright, while “Drive Away” has an indie romantic sound that brings to mind Imogen Heap or Birdy. The final track “Letter To My Friend” is a beautiful ballad with a hint of country influence (think Sheryl Crow).

3) DAVE MOHAN – Arioso In Red
Dave Mohan is an indie pop artist from London, UK. His single “Arioso In Red” is an acoustic and classical love song with female and male vocals.
It is a relaxing and easy listening tune that you can listen to during your free time or maybe in the background while you are studying, in a reflexive vibe or in a special moment with your loved one.
The song has a classic sound that is reminiscent of the 1960s. It has an anthemic feel to it, as well as being cinematic.
In this single, Dave Mohan’s vocals are supported by piano and cello, creating an easy listening experience that will transport you to another world.

5) ANJA BJÖRK – With Every Heartbeat
Anja Björk is a singer-songwriter from Umeå, Sweden. She’s also an acoustic pop artist with a contemporary sound and Nordic influences. Her single With Every Heartbeat is an example of this—it’s relaxing and melodic, but it also has that playful, energy-filled vibe that you’d expect from a pop song.
The song starts out with the sound of a tuneful piano, which is followed by the subtle strumming of an acoustic guitar. Then Anja’s voice comes in: “Baby we can make it, all alright, we can make it better sometimes.”

6) CRAIGOLOGY – Garden Tourist
The United States is a beautiful country, but it can be difficult to find the time to visit all of its many locales. It’s a continental territory—you can see it, especially when it comes to getting from place to place and closely watching the many different cultures.
That’s why we’re so happy for Craigology: he’s created an EP with a series of songs that transport us all over the US without ever having to leave our homes.
His latest album, Garden Tourist, is a six-track collection of electronic jazz and chillout music that does a great job of giving us a taste of Florida without actually going there ourselves.
The album opens with “Evening Whispers”, an easy-listening song with some soft undertones and lounge beats that make it perfect for listening while you’re relaxing by the pool or driving around town on your way to brunch with friends.
Then comes “Yellow Croton”, which brings a soft reggae vibe and is more cinematic than anything else: it features some retro soul sounds that sound like they were ripped right out of an old movie soundtrack.
