The EDM industry has grown to the level where a new sound has been born and no one would have ever anticipated it.
There are a lot of unique indie artists out there who can manipulate sounds in a different way. The number of indie artists making their path into the EDM scene is on the rise.
This shift has led to a lot of new and exciting sounds in electronic music, bringing EDM lovers a whole new experience to enjoy.
Currently, there is a new generation of electronic music artists that are revolutionizing the industry, and some of them already have successful careers in the industry.
It is true that some independent artists have huge fan bases, a whole team, and a manager, but there are also some independent artists who have no support from major labels and who do not have a manager who can manage their careers.
While each of them has a distinctive sound, they are also united by a similar work ethic and innovative energy that enables them to create a synthesis of impeccable music with an old-fashioned twist.

1) DJ INDUSTRIAL BADGER – Bop (Slap Your Badger Late Night Mix)
I’m not an EDM expert, but I like to think I know a good song when I hear one. DJ Industrial Badger‘s new single, “Bop (Slap Your Badger Late Night Mix),” is definitely one of them.
The song has a great rhythm and beat, and it’s about as catchy as anything I’ve heard in a while. At first glance, it sounds like a standard house track—but then you notice the subtle nuances that set it apart from other songs in the genre. Not to mention, this track has been played over half a million times on Spotify alone, as well as a lot of other platforms.
The way that Industrial Badger shifts from drum beats to the enhanced bass baseline throughout the song really makes for something special. It almost sounds like he’s trying out different styles just for fun.
The production value is also quite high: The sound quality is crisp and clear, and there are no annoying background noises or other distractions from what you’re really there for—the music!
I would definitely recommend checking out this song if you’re into house, electro, or just want some new tunes to work out to while you get ready for your next big day. Check it out and follow it on Spotify!
2) MATTHEW COBIS – Chaotic Good
MATTHEW COBIS is a Fort Myers-based alternative and experimental EDM artist. His latest album, Chaotic Good, features a range of styles from art-rock to electronic and Latin-style percussion.
This album is perfect for fans of experimental rock blended with electronic music, synth-driven beats, trap, and beats that sound as if they came out of an 80s video game (in a good way). It’s all about dream pop and all kinds of leftfield music styles, as the band “Cansei De Ser Sexy” did in 2004 at European festivals.
Definitely chaotic, but good. That’s what its title says. Among the 12 tracks, our favourite is Deserve Better Alt Mix, featuring a dreamy female vocal along with an electroclash base. For those of you who do not know what that is, I would describe electroclash as a fusion of electronic music, synthesizers, and punk rock, ready to be the soundtrack to a famous video game or for a good Rave trip.
If you’re looking for something different to listen to while driving through space in your time machine, just tripping, or want some fresh new sounds to keep up with the times, then this album is right up your alley! Check it out and follow the artist on Spotify.
3) MARQELECTRONICA – Savage Times
MarqElectronica is an indie EDM artist based in the United Kingdom. He has released his latest album, “Savage Times,” which is a collection of songs that showcases his versatility as an artist.
Savage Times, is a throwback to classic EDM. His vocals are pure and clean, and the production is very creative, as it’s a mix of EDM with a funky orchestral sound.
The song “Next To Nothing” is our favourite, it has a classic feel with sweeping synths and a deep bass that will have you moving your feet without even realizing it.
The 7-tracks album features a range of electronic sounds from the commercial pop genre to disco, to EDM with vocals and classic sound. MarqElectronica is known for his ability to combine multiple styles into one cohesive song that works together perfectly, think of orchestra with electronic elements.
If you’re looking for an album that will get you driving on a different journey, look no further than “Savage Times.” Check it out and follow the artist on Spotify.
4) HILARY ROBERTS – Free
With its blend of pop, commercial, vocal dance, disco and anthemic elements, this single by Hilary Roberts is the perfect track to throw on while you’re getting ready to go out.
If you love tracks with incredible female vocals and 90s EDM elements, this is definitely one to check out. It has a catchy beat that will keep you dancing for hours.
With its incredibly catchy chorus and the fantastic funk essence, ‘Free’ is sure to be a hit among fans of Hilary Roberts’ previous singles as well as new listeners who are just getting into her music.

5) DJ H CHIMIST – Life Bond
DJ H CHIMIST, a French-based producer, has released an electropop single that’s bound to make you want to dance. The track is called “Life Bond,” and it’s a bouncy commercial pop song with great female vocals.
The music has a deep house vibe but with lots of synth sounds that give it an upbeat but cool feel—the perfect combination for dance parties or just listening to while you’re working out.
The song’s genre was considered electro by the producers from PopHits.Co, but it also has elements of chillstep, pop, deep house, and is ethereal, but other producers considered synthwave or synthpop, and we can say that we don’t care, it’s good and it’s anthemic, a song that evokes excitement or triumph and makes us full of happiness.
The European influences are evident, a sound such as “Giorgio by Moroder” from Dark Punk featuring the Italian artist Giorgio Moroder’s speech. It’s a popular music style in Europe, Giorgio by Moroder for example achieved more than 33 million views on Youtube alone. It’s worth your ears, check it out and follow the artist on Spotify.
6) GRAHAM TURNER – Out Of The Darkness feat Elle Cato
If you’re looking for a song that will make you feel like you’re floating on a cloud of happiness and euphoria, then Graham Turner‘s new single “Out Of The Darkness” is for you.
The song starts off with a dreamy vocal effect and builds into a soaring chorus that will have you singing along no matter how many times you’ve listened to it. The song itself features female vocals by Elle Cato who adds an ethereal quality to the track with her soaring vocals. We just loved it!
The instrumental part of the song builds gradually into an epic finale with pulsing drums and euphoric synths which will have listeners tapping their feet along until they can’t help but dance!

7) MY BABY – Stupid
MY BABY, a band based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has released a new single called ‘Stupid’ that combines elements of electro and alternative pop with cinematic sensibilities.
The track is super catchy and will get stuck in your head on repeat. It’s also super edgy, with some industrial influences that give it a trippy sound that you won’t soon forget.
The track has been described as “euphoric” by fans who are loving how much it makes them feel good on the dance floor. It’s got a bit of a soundtrack style to it. Hello Netflix, your next famous series’ soundtrack is here!
So if you’re looking for tracks that’ll make great background music for your next party or event or even just for listening to on the way home from work, this is definitely one you should check out. Also, watch their music video and don’t forget to follow the band to support their art.
8) HVIRESS – No Exit
Let’s get a little bit dark now. HVIRESS is an electro-rock group based in the United Kingdom, Brighton. Their new single “No Exit” is a masterpiece of dark-pop and avant-garde electronic music, with super rocky and epic sound.
The song starts with a crispy metal guitar sound, or we can say an eerie, otherworldly synth tone that sounds like it could be from a horror movie soundtrack. It’s a bold move—and it works. The beat and vocals kick in, and you’re transported into a world where fairytales are real and love is dangerous but worth taking the risk for.
The song has a very cinematic feel to it—it seems like it could be part of an album full of songs about a big film trilogy production. HVIRESS’ lead singer’s voice is strong and confident as she sings as if getting free of a dark force or something similar.
This is definitely not a track you want to listen to if you’re looking for something calm or happy—but if you’re looking for something exciting and experimental, this may be just what you’re looking for! Check it out, watch their music video and follow the group on Spotify.
9) THE_MESKIMO – The Brothers McKenna Drop Out
The Brothers McKenna Drop Out by The_Meskimo is an indie electronic rock track that will make you feel like you’re flying through space. It’s got all the psychedelic qualities of art rock, with a soundscape that sounds like it’s been lifted right off the soundtrack of a sci-fi film.
The song features some trippy effects, like stoner rock and psychedelic, but it also has more traditional EDM elements too—it’s what I’d call an instrumental alternative to most mainstream EDM tracks.
It’ll definitely appeal to fans of instrumentals in general—especially those who love the sound of a good guitar solo., but it is not only about rock music, it’s actually a memorial to Terrence and Dennis McKenna and to their contributions to the psychedelic community as well as to the medical study of the benefits of psychedelics in treating numerous mental health concerns.
This is definitely one of those songs that gets better when you listen to it over and over again and also works as a complement for psychedelic therapy. So check it out and follow the artist on Spotify!
10) TOMERLE – Misty
TOMERLE is an artist from Japan who creates a unique blend of lo-fi electronic and avant-garde sound. The result is an easy-listening, relaxing instrumental song that has elements of chillwave, and downtempo beats and works well as a soundtrack. We can say that his music has Asian influences as it’s quite mystic, with an experimental edge and a lo-fi characteristic that adds to the overall feel of the album.
On his Spotify profile, the first track “Misty”, this track is a good example of what to expect from TOMERLE: it’s a pleasant instrumental piece with elements of ambient music.
The second track on this album is called “Homecoming” and it continues where “Misty” left off: it’s another downtempo instrumental track with elements of ambient music but this time it feels more like a soundtrack rather than just another instrumental song; there are some nice synth sounds throughout this track too!
Creativity is there, and Misty for example is mixing acoustic recordings with electronics. This artist represents very well another subgenre of electronic music called ambient chillwave, and if you like what you hear, check it out and follow the artist on Spotify.
